From January 17 through February 8, the Circle Bar and Emilia’s are offering exclusive rodeo-inspired specials and lively entertainment. Guests at the Circle Bar can savor signature dishes like prosciutto-wrapped quail with fontina and pepperoncini salsa verde, porchetta sliders with caramelized onion and romesco, and a Texas-only cheese and charcuterie selection. Pair with signature cocktails featuring Sir Davis, Glenmorangie, and Belvedere, along with Texas wines from Lost Draw Cellars and William Chris, and Fort Worth beers from Cowtown and Rahr & Sons.

Friday and Saturday nights come alive with live music, while weekend activations, including custom iron branded leather straps by Moet Hennessy, add to the excitement. For those seeking a quick yet elevated meal before heading to the arena, Emilia’s features a prix-fixe menu designed for a seamless dining experience. Krug Valentine’s Dinner in The Blue Room

Join us in The Blue Room on February 14 and 15 for an elevated Valentine’s Day dining experience. The menu is thoughtfully paired with Krug Champagne, renowned for its craftsmanship and exceptional depth of flavor.

Highlights of the menu include Shrimp Ravioli in a Sundried Tomato Cream Sauce with Horseradish and Preserved Lemon, Double Cut Lamb Chops with Butternut Squash, Saffron Rice, and Ras al Hanout, and Vanilla Panna Cotta with Bitter Orange and Candied Sesame. The dinner concludes with handcrafted chocolates by Kate Wiser.
