As The Crescent Hotel’s Wine Sommelier, Teddlie curates an exceptional wine list that captivates Emilia’s and The Blue Room’s guests, including world-renowned wines typically not offered by the glass. He sources wines from various distributors from all over that complement the dishes offered at the restaurants, taking care to build a vast collection of robust yet approachable wines to satisfy connoisseurs and the curious alike.
