Spend a summer evening savoring exceptional rosés, chef-crafted bites, and live music at The Crescent Hotel Fort Worth. Set between our elegant Blue Room and courtyard patio, this exclusive tasting event celebrates the season with a curated selection of more than twelve rosés and sparkling rosés from renowned wine regions across France, Spain, Italy, and the United States.
Throughout the evening, enjoy a menu of passed culinary creations designed to complement each pour, including red snapper crudo with bergamot and citrus, Texas melon with ibérico ham and Mt. Tam cheese, spring pea tartlets, veal sausage with patty pan squash, corn fritters with pickled jalapeño aioli, and decadent seasonal desserts featuring Texas peach and Valrhona chocolate.
